here's more! sorry it took sososo long!

Corran was nothing at all like Yama Groode. Corran was 6'2" and had long black hair and pale skin. He had a lip ring and a nose ring, which made Yama shudder inside to think about it. He also had weird bluish-violet eyes. He loved the way tattooes looked, so he always showed his tattooes off. He loved to be with Yama, even though sometimes he got her annoyed. He knew they'd always be friends, and that's all he needed. Corran's genes were fused with that of a bat, and for some reason, he didn't like bats at all. Yama always found that weird.
"You're thinking about the first time we met," Corran smiled at her.
She looked up calmly at him,"You had no clue what you were doing."
"And you were so stubborn, you wouldn't let me have the guns!" Corran brushed a piece of Yama's long bangs out of her eyes.
"I didn't want you to shoot youself!"
"I didn't know you handled a gun that well!"
"Well you found out then!"
Corran laughed.
"Stop lauging! It's not funny!" Yama said impatiently.
Marsi burst through the French doors, her face purple with rage,"Are you two enjoying your little backflashes out here?!"
"Why yes, we are! Come to join us, Barbie!" Yama lashed at her.
"Yama!" Corran was taken aback.
"Ya well, if you would kindly step into that door. . ." Marsi tried to speak, but Corran cut her off.
"Marsi! That's no way to act! Both of you! God!"he took Yama's hand and the collar of Marsi's shirt and pulled them back inside.
Yama sat down on the blood red comforter of Corran's bed, making herself comfortable,"You're right, C. That was no way for us to act," she looked at Marsi. "Besides, if we're going to be seeing a lot of each other, we might as well be pleasant! So, I'm sorry, Marsi.
Yama was staring Marsi right in the eyes, which made her look away.
"Yeah, I guess I am, too," she grumbled.
"How's that?" Yama leaned in, pretending to be hard of hearing.
"You heard me, birdgirl."
"Ouch! That's cold. Oh well, the snow doesn't bother me. . .anymore," Yama said, playing with a fringe on the end of one of the bed sheets. Then, she looked up at Corran,"How did you know that I was thinking about Egypt and the first time we met?"
"Me? Oh. . .eh, well. . .you know my talent!" Corran said uncertainly.
"I know that you know everything, but that wasn't a fact, it was in my mind, C!"
"Well, I've kinda got. . .a new ability," Corran winced, waiting for the rampage.
Yama's eyes widened,"That's so neat! You can read minds! Really cool, C!"
"You're not mad?"
"Why would I be mad, silly?! That is such a neat trick! All I can do is see really far. . ."
Corran squeezed her shoulders,"And be a really great best friend!"
Marsi groaned, and Yama shot her a sharp hawk look. They reamined staring at each other until they all heard a loud crash downstairs.
"Oh, God. It's probably the chandelier again," Marsi said as she dragged toward the door.
"It's not even a raving party," Yama thought aloud.
"We've had some problems with the rigging," Marsi said over her shoulder, closing the door behind her. "Don't get too comfortable."
'I wouldn't worry about that you sick, twisted, evil little. . .'
"Yama!" Corran said, hearing my train of thoughts.

Here's some more!!!

'Hello,' Yama said quietly, and amazingly he heard it.
'Hi! Who are you?! I'm Corran!' the young boy stated.
'Um, how do you know?' she replied.
'Huh?'
'How do you know your name?'
'Oh, it's tattooed on my wrist. See?!' Corran held up his left hand for her to inspect it. Indeed, the word 'Corran' was on his wrist. 'Let me see yours!' he whipped his arm down and grabbed her wrist.
The force of his strength toppled her over, but he caught her and stood her back up.
'Let's see, it says. . .Yama!' he said after a few minutes of staring at her right wrist.
'Yama!' she laughed. 'What kind of goofy name is that?!'
'Well, it's. . .yours,' Corran's face was puzzled by her laughter at her own name.
'Oh, ehem. . .um, sorry. So, how do we get out of here? I don't like this place at all!' Yama skipped to her quest.
'I dunno. How long have you been in here?' Corran said, looking around the room.
'Um. . .about three days?' Yama said.
'So I've been in here three days. . .' Corran said quietly.
'What was that?!' Yama said, straining to hear him.
'Nothing. Come on, we have to get out!' he took her by the wrist and led her to another corner of the room. 'Can you pick me up?'
'Um. . .sure," Yama said, uncertainty in her voice.
She grabbed Corran's legs and lifted with all of her might. To her advantage, her 'mistaken' powers actually worked! Lifting Corran was no problem! Corran pushed against a ceiling tile and it came loose. He dropped it down onto the bodies and told Yama to lift higher. She did, and he climbed into the ceiling and onto one of the rafters.
'Here,' he said, reaching his hand down for Yama. 'I can pull you up.'
'That's okay. I don't need it,' Yama said, backing up.
She ran toward the hole in the ceiling and jumped up into it with ease, landing on one of the nearby rafters as lightly as a feather.
'How did you do that?!' Corran said, eyes wide.
'How did you know that tile was loose, and that that thing on your arm was your name?!' Yama replied.
'I don't. . .I don't know. I just kind of, knew!'
'Me too, now come on!' Yama waved her hand at some beams high above them.
She jumped up to catch one of them and swung herself to straddle it.
'Can you get up here?' she said, not looking at him, but looking straight ahead at a hole in the brick wall.
'Okay,' Corran said, and jumped up to catch the rafter she was on. He pulled himself up and onto it behind her.
'It looks as if someone else escaped before we did. . .' Yama said quietly, knowing he'd hear it already.
'Or something, judging by the size of that hole!' Corran corrected her.
'Just follow me!'
'How do you know where we're going?!' Corran whispered as they traversed along the rafter.
'I just do! Now hurry up!'
They followed the beam until they reached the hole in the wall. Yama could immediately feel the outside air-as cold as ice-before they stepped into the hole. She kneeled down to walk through it, and came up on the other side. Corran followed her. She sniffed the air for enemies, a useful instinct. Nothing was in the air. Yama closed her eyes and felt of the land beneath her.
She opened her eyes,'Men with guns. We need to take the long way to get out.'
'I'm just following you. Please, though, don't get us killed,' Corran replied.
'I'm not if you'll shut up!' she closed her eyes again. 'This way!' she hissed, and walked to the end of the command center's rooftop.
'We need to jump over there?!' Corran interrupted before Yama could speak. With a glare from her, he added,'Sorry.'
Yama crouched don and got ready to jump. The muscles in her legs tightened, and she slitted her eyes, judging the gap. She jumped, and at the last moment grabbed Corran's waist and pulled him with her.
'Ahhhh!' he yelled until they hit the other rooftop.
They rolled to a halt, and Yama put her knee to his chest,'Shut up! You're the reason we're going to get killed!'
'I'm sorry! You shouldn't have pulled me with you! I can jump this far!' Corran replied, pouting.
'Get down! Someone's coming!' she said, and pulled him down onto the metal roof again.
As if on cue, about four guards came running out into the snowy abyss, searching for the lost mistakes. Yama motioned for Corran to follow her, and they traveled along the roof, scooting on their stomachs. Once they'd reached the end of the roof, the four guards were right below them. Yama looked for something to distract them with, and found a lightpole. While one of them wasn't looking, Yama flipped down-still hanging onto the roof-and threw both of the guard's pistols up to Corran. She swung back up without being noticed, and shook the guns from his hands.
'No! You don't get the guns! You could hurt someone! Maybe even you!' Yama said, hooking them on her tank top strap.
'How am I to defend myself then?!' Corran stood up on the roof.
Yama kicked his feet out from underneath him to get him back down on his stomach,'When I distract them, you run, kay?'
'No! We're in this together! I am not. . .'
'One, Two, Three! Jump and run!' Yama jumped off of the rooftop, shooting at the guards.
She took out two of them on her way down, and when she landed automatically started to dodge the lines of fire. She could see a very large but unactive Nicholi Tesla coil in the far left corner of the field, right where Corran was heading.
'Gate!' she yelled at him, and Corran immediately turned and headed for a large metal gate with two Ducati motorcycles.
Once Corran reached the bikes he stopped and waited in the shadows for Yama, who was still shooting at the very enduring guards. The guards had large grenades that went off at their will. Yama didn't want to get hit by them, so she did the only thing she could do in this situation: she shot the generators power switch on the Tesla coil. Immediately, it started to charge up and send out shocks, which took out the other two guards. She jumped and tumbled until she was safe, and she and Corran rode off through the metal gate together, staisfied with their escape.

Here's More of the Story!!!

Okay, here you go!

Marsi walked in and held the door wide open. Yama appeared in the doorway, and then stepped inside his room.
Corran's room was exactly like him: calm and tranquil, yet dark and mysteriously protective. The walls were painted midnight black, and red, rose scented candles lined the dresser and bookshelves. He had red curtains on his French-carved double doors that led outside to a balcony view that could take your breath away. The red carpet matched perfectly with the cherry-wood king sized bed, which was decorated in red and black, also.
Corran was lying on his bed, obviously reading something about music. (He loved Rock N' Roll) He glanced up at Yama, then did a double-take.
"Yama!" he yelled, and got up off of the bed to hug her.
She ran toward him, embracing him in a warm hug.
She caught the book he had been reading behind his back and said,"I've missed you so much!"
"Same here, Y!" Corran replied, and let go of her finally.
Yama stepped back to inspect Corran's features: black T-shirt, black jeans, long black hair that fell into his eyes, lip piercing, nose piercing, tattoos all over his arms. It was the same old Corran.
"But. . ." he caught Yama's attention again. "What are you doing here?!"
Corran was still smiling widely at her as she looked over her shoulder at Marsi,"You can go now."
"Oh, I'd rather not," Marsi said, annoyance in her voice again.
"Why not?" Yama turned so she could fully see Marsi.
"Maybe the young lady you talked to didn't tell you my last name: Marsi C-e-d-a-r-s!" Marsi stretched the last name into about ten syllables. "That's right, Marsi Cedars!"
Yama turned to Corran again, her mouth wide open,"You're married?!"
Corran looked at her sheepishly,"Well. . .engaged."
"But almost married!" Marsi cut in.
Yama took hold of Corran's arm and led him outside onto the balcony, shutting the French doors behind them.
"What. . .when was. . .why. . .how did you?!" Yama couldn't get a straight sentence out.
"I asked her about two months ago," Corran said, trying to find something to stare at other that the pain on Yama's face.
"But Corran, why?!"
"I. . .thought that. . .well Yama . .I love her,"
"But what was that. . .when I was leaving. . .last time when you. . ."
Yama was recalling the time when she went on a mission to hunt down whoever was destroying the ancient tombs in Egypt. She and Corran had been best friends, and still were, but they thought they might not ever see each other again. At the last moment, when Yama was about to step into one of the pyramids, Corran pulled her close to him and embraced her in a kiss. That kiss had really meant something to her, and she saw his face every time she closed her eyes on that mission.
"You mean the kiss, don't you Yama?"
She barely nodded. He caught the movement.
"Yama," he sighed, pulling her to his side."I love you, too! In both ways, but as a friend more than the other. And when I didn't hear from you, I thought. . .you know, you had died. So after two months of hurting inside, I'd had enough, and decided that this was what you would want. But seeing as how you're acting here, I was totally wrong."
"Corran," Yama whispered, brushing his silky black hair out of his eyes. "I thought that you said you would wait on me!"
"I did but when I tho. . ."
"I couldn't track you down! I couldn't find you! I've been in Japan, trying to find out why. . .w. .why. . ."
Corran hugged her tightly again, and she let out a deep moan.
"Are you okay?" he said, still hanging onto her.
"Mmm. . .mmmf," she mumbled.
They hugged each other for the longest time, it seemed like to Yama. Finally, her let her go and stepped back to look at her. Yama's face was red hot with embarassment, and she wiped at tears that struggled to pour out of her eyes.
It was hard to believe that these two were friends, because of the ways they were different. Yama was 5'6", with dark brown hair and olive skin. She had bright greenish-yellow eyes and hardly ever smiled, unless it was around Corran.
She had been made in a facility called Uni-Phorm, which specializes in undergoing blood and cell transfusions that are supposed to create half-human half-animal breeds. Like a werewolf, kind of. (You know, half-man half-wolf???) The people at Uni-Phorm in Tokyo, Japan, had tried to fuse her with genes from a hawk. But something had gone terribly wrong, and the scientists had pronounced her DOA. (Dead On Awakening. One of the scientists made that up.) She was thrown into a large room with all of the other 'mistakes' as they called them, and never recieved a second look. Yama had been alive from the awakening injection, though, but was too petrified to move. She immediately decided that she wasn't going to die alone and cold in this place, and searched over all of the other 'mistakes' for an exit. After two whole days of searching, and hiding when one of the scientists walked by, she was about to give up. Yama had sank into a corner of the room, waiting to die from dehydration. But she heard a rustling in among the lifeless bodies, and jumped up to investigate. She might have been a 'mistake,' but she sure had some of that hawk in her! The rustling continued and finally a boy her age emerged from the mistakes.

Okay that's all I can type for today because KANDIE has to type up her report on a book called 'The Catcher in the Rye'. It's so boring! It doesn't even have a plot! It's just random stuff about the author. Once again, BORING! *YAWN*

I'm so sorry I didn't post the next day!!!!! Really!

She pondered over why Corran would be here. Yes, he was a mechanical genius, but he just didn't fit the description of being. . .in this mansion. Yama decided to walk around a bit to look for Corran.
Yama got up off of the barstool and began walking toward the grand staircase. She thought she heard someone yell,'Yama!' but she paid no attention to it and walked on. She met a young woman coming down the stairs and stopped her for a question.
"Do you know if a young man named Corran Cedars was invited to this party?" Yama asked her.
"Well, yes, I think he was invited. But I haven't seen him yet. You may want to ask the lady of the house! Her name is Marsi, and she's in the room at the top of the stairs all the way to the right. I just came form there," the woman replied.
"Thank you," Yama said.
Without another word, she turned and began walking up the staircase again. She knocked on Marsi's door, and a small voice said,"Come in!"
Yama opened the door and Marsi motioned for her to have a seat. She pretended to have not seen her gesture.
"I am looking for a person who may be at your party. His name is Corran Cedars," Yama explained.
Marsi's eyes lit up at his name,"Yes, he's here. I was just talking with him. Here-let me take you to his room."
"No, that's not nessecary. I'll just come back when he's not busy-"
"Nonsense! He's just reading a book! But, may I be so bold to ask, what does this concern?"
Yama was quick to answer,"I'm an old friend. I was in town and thought I'd drop by to see him."
"Oh," Marsi said in an annoyed tone. "Well, follow me."
Marsi hastily got up and opened the door for Yama. She stepped outside and Marsi led her to another set of stairs, this time spiraling. Once they where at the top, Marsi knocked on the first door to their right, and Yama immediately heard Corran's voice,"Yes?"
Marsi opened the door and stuck her head inside,"Corran, dear? There's someone here to see you."
"Who is it?" he replied in his sweet voice.
"An old friend," Marsi replied.
"Oh, great! Send them in," Yama could see Corran's bright smile in her head.

Sorry, that's all you're getting for today!!!!

Surprise, Surprise, Yama!

About twelve hours later, they arrived from Japan to Brittany. Yama decided to wear something more formal, as P.A.T. had forged her an invitation to one of the most expensive parties in France. She'd slipped on a yellow, knee-length dress. P.A.T. had formed the aircraft into a stylish Lamborghini, and Yama was thankful they hadn't had to land at an airport. (Ha ha.)
Yama stepped out of the vehicle, and gazed up at a four story mansion.
"Why would Corran be at a place like this?" Yama said aloud, walking toward the front door.
She was reaching for the doorknob when a large bodyguard stepped in her way.
"Now where did you come from?" she laughed at him.
He wasn't amused,"Invita. . ."
She snapped the invitation up in his face, and slid around him. Yama opened the door, making sure to ram it into his bulky back, and shut it softly behind her.
The party was much more elegant than she'd imagined. Large, red velvet rope hung in between gold plated windows. The forest green carpet was was spotless, and the golden grand staircase was shining like there was no tomorrow. Maybe P.A.T. had made a mistake. Surely Corran wasn't here. Yama spotted a small bar on the left side of the front lobby, and headed over to it. She took a seat and waited for the bartender to become available.
"Excuse me? Yes, I'm looking for a man that may or may not be here. Corran Cedars?" Yama asked the man.
"Corran Cedars. . .no, I don't think I've heard that name tonight. But I'll give you a call if anything comes up, yes?" he replied.
"Thank you," Yama said, and sat at the bar for a little longer.
(Sorry, I can't type any longer, I have to get off of the computer but I'll type the rest of the chapter tomorrow, kk!)

Yama Cliff Dives

But then she remebered the levitation device that Corran had given her at the Institute when they'd escaped together. She wondered where Corran was at the moment. . .but it didn't matter now, she was in a desperate situation. Yama quickly and quietly got up and jumped back onto the ladder. The guards didn't notice. She jumped onto a nearby cable and slid on it using her hands. When she let go and landed, she was at the egde of a cliff. Her aircraft, along with P.A.T., was at in the very bottom of the ravine. Yama took a deep breath as the guards spotted her and yelled something in Japanese. She disregarded them and took out the levitation device, jumping off the cliff. The rush of cool air as she fell was refrehing, and she did a couple of flips in midair. But she must've gotten off-balance, because she was slammed up against the other side of the cavern. Yama screamed in agony, but had no time to inspect the damage. The ground was coming fast. She pressed a large blue button in the middle of the leviatation device, clipping it to her jacket collar. The device created an immediate barrier of-hydrogen, it felt like-around her. She was gently lowered to the ground beside her aircraft. Yama spoke into the voice command box, and wrote her name on the keypad with her opposite hand. The door opened, then quickly locked behind her.
"Welcome back, Yama. Find anything good?" P.A.T. said, pulling forward a chair for Yama to sit in.
"Well, I found a file with my name. I'll run it through your database, okay?" Yama replied, throwing the file onto P.A.T.'s scanner.
A large screen popped up in front of Yama, and P.A.T. said,"Did you write with your right hand?"
"Yes, I banged my left arm against the other wall," Yama said, cringing.
"I thought you did," P.A.T. struggled to contain a laugh, looking through the file's papers for anything of intrest.
"Please, it doesn't look that bad!"
P.A.T. brought up the screean again,"It looks like a chicken scratched it. . ."
"Okay, maybe it does! Just drop it!" Yama cut P.A.T. off. "And bandage my arm!"
Small metal arms lifted Yama's left arm up and inspected the damage. They sprayed the wound with antibiotics, which made her suck in a breath of air, and wrapped her arm in a heavy layer of bandages.
"You know, I don't think there's anything in my database that matches any of this!" P.A.T. said, still searching. "Did you pick up anything else?"
"No, didn't have time. Oh-can you run a location on Corran Wake, please?!" Yama remembered her newest goal.
"Ya, why not?"
Yama waited for an answer from P.A.T. It took longer than she'd expected, so she pulled out a soda and kicked back.
"I think I have something. . .Does the word 'Brittany' mean anything to you?" P.A.T. sounded confused.
"Of course!" Yama whispered to herself. Then, looking up, she said,"P.A.T., set a course for Brittany, France!"
"I'm on it!"
